This case involves the murder of Yvonne Layne (26 YO WF, in Alliance, Ohio, on March 31, 1999. She was a known prostitute, and serviced multiple members of The Alliance Police Department - the agency which investigated her death. She was killed by someone in her home, her throat cut, with her children sleeping nearby.
